No action taken for Spears accident two years ago

Two years ago, pop princess Britney Spears ran over the foot of Ricardo Mendoza, an employee of TMZ at the time.  Mendoza accused the star of assault, battery and negligently driving her car at the time of the incident.  Court records show that Spears and the photographer have settled the lawsuit.  The terms of the agreement filed are not being disclosed at this time.
