Last May, Candelario Ixba was arrested after allegedly wrecking a Dodge Durango parked next to a house on Helen Avenue and leaving the scene. Dick Eastin, 39, was traveling north in the southbound lane on the Dallas North Tollway according to Sgt. Robert Bernard of the Texas Department of Public Safety. Two years ago, pop princess Britney Spears ran over the foot of Ricardo Mendoza, an employee of TMZ at the time. Mendoza accused the star of assault, battery and negligently driving her car at the time of the incident. Court records show that Spears and the photographer have settled the lawsuit. The terms of the agreement filed are not being disclosed at this time.

Alva Luce, 62, of Brunswick, was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident where his Chevy van collided into a tree. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident that occurred Tuesday night near Woodward Point Road. For unknown reasons at this time, Luce’s Chevy van went off the road and hit a tree. The State Medical Examiner is still investigating his actual cause of death.

Jordan Smith, 18, was driving a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon west on 272nd Avenue around 2:40 am Tuesday morning. Also in the car were three other teenagers, Anthony Zimmer, Ethan Hoiland, also 18, and Will Nelson, 19. According to Arkansas State Tropper, Brandon J. Seventh grade student Tyler Michael Perrow of Tunstall Middle School in Pittsylvania County was killed Saturday in a one car accident. Just outside Chicago, in southwest suburban Oak Lawn, Joan Orth was struck by a vehicle while crossing Kenton Avenue around 5:45 PM Monday evening.
